Here are photos taken in Ravenna. I found this town truly fascinating. Despite the crowd of tourists it is still worthy to visit. I fully agree with the arguments by UNESCO: A unique collection of early Christian mosaics and monuments show great artistic skill, including a wonderful blend of Graeco-Roman tradition, Christian iconography and oriental and Western styles.
